The Wabash & Erie Canal Park is an excellent venue for events of all types. Nestled in the natural beauty of the Wabash River, your guests will enjoy the comfort of our Conference Center and the beauty of the canal and towpath trails just outside. Boat tours, trolley rides, carriage rides and bicycle rentals offer an added draw. Two picnic shelters are also available.

The Wabash & Erie Conference Center offers:

- Capacity up to 300 (See a sample floor plan.)
- A large foyer/reception area
- Adjustable room sizes
- Tables and chairs*
- AV equipment
- A warming/catering kitchen
- ADA accessible facilities, including bathrooms

* Tables seat 8 persons each. Linens not included. The kitchen includes fridge and freezer space as well as a microwave and small oven, but it is not intended for cooking full meals.

Weddings, Receptions and other Celebrations

Bay windows in our Conference Center offer a scenic view of the canal just outside, and the Canal Park grounds provide an idyllic backdrop for photographing your special day. Make your event even more memorable and unique with rides on a canal boat, trolley, carriage...or even a bike! Located just a few minutes from the Carroll County Courthouse and many beautiful churches, the Wabash & Erie Canal Conference Center is a perfect place to celebrate with friends and loved ones for weddings and receptions, as well as family reunions, retirement parties and birthday parties.

Meetings and Conferences

Our state of the art facilities provide comfortable space and unique amenities for lectures, retreats, benefits, meetings and conferences up to 300. Moveable walls provide the flexibility to subdivide our conference space for breakout sessions, concurrent presentations or smaller assemblies. Between sessions, guests can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the banks of the canal. Packages are also available to incorporate canal boat, trolley or carriage rides.
